Lucy McCourt
Lucy is a registered psychologist who recently completed a Master of Psychology (Clinical) degree at the Australian Catholic University Melbourne. At the time of the research, Lucy was on placement in a private rehabilitation hospital and was working with clients with chronic pain in both individual and group therapy.
Seán Ó Donnchadha
Seán is a registered clinical psychologist and has a special interest in psychological aspects of health. He completed a PhD in the neuropsychology of multiple sclerosis and then completed a doctorate in clinical psychology, at University College Dublin. Seán works as a clinical psychologist at the Barbara Walker Centre for Pain Management, at St Vincent’s Hospital, and also at Advance Healthcare Bundoora. Seán held a casual academic position at the Australian Catholic University Melbourne, teaching and supervising students on the master's degree in clinical psychology. Seán is also involved in research that explores conceptualisations of pain amongst refugees in Australia.
