Graduated in Biological Sciences, Master in Infectious and Parasitic Diseases at UFMS/Brazil and PhD student of the Multicentric Program in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology (PBMBqBM) at UFMS/Brazil. Currently is doing a part of the doctorate abroad at The University of Queensland/Australia. Works in the area of Toxinology and Biochemistry, evaluating the activity of venoms and peptides in in vitro and in vivo assays for inflammation, pain, antimicrobial and antitumor activity.
